How Do I Return An Item ?

 

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, incorrect Items or missing parts, please return it to GREEN and we'll arrange for a replacement. You may return the Product to us within one week / (7) days from receive date. Please check our GREEN Return Policy and Faulty Product to make sure your item is eligible for return.

 

If your meets all requirements, return can be intiated via the Online Returns Form(recommended for a faster processing). If you are unable to access the Online Return Form, please contact our Customer Service Team at 017-773 8872 or support@green.com.my We are happy to help you with your return. You can also track your return status via the Order Tracking Tool. 

 

We provide a pre-paid return shipping service to ensure the best possible online shopping experience for you. Please refer to the pre-paid shipping label on your parcel. If you are unable to find the pre-paid shipping label, please contact our Customer Service Team at 017-773 8872 or support@green.com.my

1. I want to return my purchase.What should i do?

If​ you are not satisfied with your purchase,you can return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange within seven (7) days from the day that you received your item,provided they are in their original condition and are accompanied by an original receipt.Return can be intiated via the Online Returns Form (recommended for a faster processing). If you are unable to access the Online Return Form, please contact our Customer Service Team at 017-773 8872 for assistance returning the item or email (support@green.com.my).We are happy to help you with your return.

 

2. Can i return an item(s) after Return Policy coverage days?

Your item cannot be returned after 7 calendar days you are not Satisfaction with your purchase.

If exceeded this period, kindly check the warranty status of the item and proceed  by our warranty service center  or directly thru to our warranty service center for further assistance.

          Requirements for a valid return :

​1. Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc.)

2. Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)

 

3. For which reasons can I return an item(s)?

You may want to return your item due to any of the following reasons:

Delivery-Wrong Product - Your return must be :

1. Product sealed should not be broken EXCEPT for item type that cannot be differentiated visually based on information provided on the box / packaging only.

2. Product must be new condition.

3. Complete (free gifts, accessories, original packaging) and not damage.

4. Product sealed & labels attached.

Quality-Damaged Product - Your return must be :

1. Complete (free gifts, accessories, original packaging).

2. Product sealed & labels attached.

Quality-Defective - Your return must be : 

1. Complete (free gifts, accessories, original packaging) and not damage.

Note: 

In the unlikely event that your return does not meet requirement(s), our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you. In this instance, your return courier/postal fee will not be reimbursed.

In the event that you have received damaged products, please contact our customer service within 48 hours to expedite the claim process.

 

4. How long is the quality evaluation process?

Quality evaluation process may take up to 2 - 3 business days. While for Replacement request, process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned item.

 

5. Do i need to pay shipping return cost?

We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.If the item is returned for any other reason,you are responsible for the return shipping amount.No returns will be accepted after (7) days from the day that you received your item.

7. How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Once the return item is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours),your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days.

Please note that depending on your credit card company,it may take on additional 2-10 business days to credit the refund into your account.
